In the last six months, I have found myself consumed in debt due to daycare and living expenses for my 20 month old son Ayden and myself.  You see, the Court of Colorado has granted me full custodial rights for my son, Ayden and he will probabily never see any child support in his lifetime.  I have recently moved to Denver from Dallas for my job and I have no immediate relatives that live close to me.  So it is just Ayden and myself.  My salary was enough to get me by before, but now I am loosing at least  a $1500.00 a month.  I am presently looking for a new job with a higher income and am working on finding cheaper living arrangements.

Because of some financial obligations, I had to charge  thousands of dollars on my credit card.  In addition, due to my bills exceeding my budget by a thousand a month....lets just say my credit score and my credit history is going to go from very good to poor overnight if I don't get help with daycare right away.  I don't want to claim bankrupcy because I still will not be within my budget.

I am very scared and worried that my son will loose out on a lot in life if I can't a helping hand.  I am willing to pay back any help that comes to me from anyone.  Please help us.  God Bless...

Rent out a bigger house and sublet extra rooms to working individuals. Rental money is as good as it gets for getting a raise in pay. It just takes a shift in attitude. I have had some very interesting people in my house over the years. Airline pilots, chefs, and other people who aren't permanent and don't want all of the extra bills of an apartment. It is called Rental Sharing. Look in the paper under rentals. Charge more than the paper, but provide a nice clean place with access to cable. It beats going broke. Sometimes the company is good, too. Try it for a few months. You can always quit to go broke all by yourself. I had a house that I was stuck with after a divorce and used the house to stabilize my income. It worked for me, although I did have to make the adjustment that I was the landlord and they were the tennant. I did not have to get buddy buddy with my tennants. As long as they paid the rent, they stayed. The day they did not, I put an ad back in the paper.
